These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by AIWEBCREW. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SMS Disclosure
By opting in to receive SMS messages from AIWEBCREW, you agree to receive text messages related to notifications, marketing offers, account authentication (2FA), and other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Messaging Consent
You must provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages from AIWEBCREW. Consent may be collected through online forms, paper forms, verbal confirmation, or other approved opt-in methods.
Message Types & Frequency
Messages may include service alerts, reminders, updates, promotional offers, and other relevant communications. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with our services.
Data Rates & Charges
Standard message and data rates apply for all SMS, MMS, and voice communications. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-opt in.
Message Delivery Disclaimer
AIWEBCREW does not guarantee message delivery. Delays or failures may occur due to network issues, carrier limitations, or device compatibility.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use our messaging services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or offensive communications.

All messaging services must be used in accordance with applicable privacy, telecommunications, and commercial messaging laws.

Full management and optimization of Google Local Service Ads
Subscriptions are available month-to-month or via a prepaid 3-month option, which includes complimentary Google My Business optimization.
Advance Payment & Auto-Renewal
All fees are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Usage-Based Charges (Rebillable Costs)
Additional charges apply for usage-based services, including:
Phone Numbers:
Local: $1.15/month
Toll-Free: $2.15/month
SMS (US/Canada): $0.0079 per segment (inbound/outbound)
MMS (US/Canada):
Outbound: $0.02
Inbound: $0.01–$0.02
Voice Calls:
Outbound: $0.0180/min
Inbound: $0.0085–$0.0220/min
Number Intelligence: $0.005–$0.01 per function
Clients maintain a digital wallet balance. Auto top-ups occur when balances run low.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees and usage charges. Services are custom-built and initiated immediately upon purchase.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted. Filing a chargeback constitutes a violation of these Terms. AIWEBCREW reserves the right to submit evidence of service delivery and pursue recovery of funds, including related fees.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time.
Service Fulfillment
Services are considered delivered once:
The website has been completed and delivered
Platform and automation setup is finalized
Onboarding assistance may be provided but is not required for fulfillment.
Free Trials & Promotions
Free trials or discounts may be offered periodically. Full services begin once billing starts. Promotions do not alter these Terms.
Payment Failures & Suspension
If payment fails, we will retry up to four times over three weeks. Accounts may be suspended within 48 hours of the first failed attempt until payment is resolved.
Consent & Agreement
By purchasing services or agreeing at checkout, you confirm that:
You have read and accepted these Terms
You agree to the No Refund policy
You waive the right to initiate chargebacks
Changes to Terms
AIWEBCREW reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or direct notice when applicable.
